General conditions

1. General
1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all online courses, live courses and services offered by Sensual Yoga.
1.2 By booking a course or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Registration and payment
2.1 Registration is final upon receipt of payment.
2.2 All prices include VAT unless otherwise indicated.

3. Cancellation and refund
3.1 You can cancel free of charge up to 4 weeks before the start with a deduction of a 49 euro administration fee. If you cancel within 4 weeks before the start of the day, we will not give a refund. This applies to all circumstances. If we have someone on the waiting list to take your place or you find a replacement participant yourself, you will only pay the 49 euro administration fee and receive the rest of your payment back. If we decide to cancel the day, you will receive a full refund of your payment.
3.2 Online courses have a 7-day right of withdrawal.

4. Liability
4.1 Sensual Yoga shall in no way be liable for any direct or indirect damages, including bodily injury, loss of income, loss of data, or other damages arising from participation in courses or use of course materials.
4.2 Participation in courses and use of course materials is entirely at the participant's own risk.
4.3 Participants are at all times responsible for following instructions and advice given and estimating their own physical and mental limits.

5. Intellectual Property
5.1 All course materials are the property of Sensual Yoga and may not be copied, distributed or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

6. Privacy
6.1 Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

7. Changes and cancellation by Sensual Yoga
7.1 Sensual Yoga reserves the right to change or cancel courses in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
7.2 In the event of cancellation by Sensual Yoga , course fees will be refunded for the days still to be taken.

8. Applicable law
8.1 Dutch law applies to these terms and conditions.
8.2 Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

General terms and conditions Sensual Yoga training

1. General
1.1 These conditions apply to the Sensual Yoga training and related online courses.
1.2 By paying the deposit you confirm your participation and agree to our general conditions.

2. Registration and payment
2.1 Registration for the training of 10 live days and 16 mornings via Zoom is final upon receipt of a down payment of € 750,- excluding VAT (€ 907,50 including VAT). This deposit also serves as a reservation of your spot and includes access to two online courses worth € 261,16 excluding VAT (€ 316,- including VAT).
2.2 The remaining amount of € 2,000,- excluding VAT (€ 2,420,- including VAT) must be credited to Sensual Yoga Yoga's account no later than September 1, 2025.

3. Cancellation and refund
3.1 Cancellation is possible until September 1, 2025. In that case, only the down payment of € 750,- excluding VAT will be withheld and you will receive any other payments back.
3.2 For cancellations after September 1, 2025, restitution of the paid course fee is not possible, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
3.3 If Sensual Yoga has a waiting list and another participant can take your place, or if you find a replacement yourself, the paid course fee will be refunded, minus €750,- excluding VAT (€907,50 including VAT) to cover the costs of the two online courses and administration costs.
3.4 If a participant misses one or more days of the training, no refunds will be granted. Missed training days and Zoom mornings cannot be made up or compensated.

4. Liability
4.1 Sensual Yoga is in no way liable for direct or indirect damage, including bodily injury, loss of income, loss of data or other damage arising from participation in courses, training or the use of course materials.
4.2 Participation in the training and the use of course materials is at the Participant's own risk.
4.3 Participants are at all times responsible for following given instructions and advice, and for assessing their own physical and mental limits.

6. Privacy
6.1 Personal data is processed according to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

7. Changes and cancellation by Sensual Yoga
7.1 Sensual Yoga reserves the right to change or cancel the training if unforeseen circumstances arise.
7.2 In case of interim cancellation by Sensual Yoga due to unforeseen circumstances, the course fee for the training days not yet attended will be refunded. The refund per not attended training day amounts to € 125,- excluding VAT (€ 151,25 including VAT) and per not attended Zoom morning € 20,- excluding VAT (€ 24,20 including VAT).

8. Applicable law
8.1 Dutch law applies to these terms and conditions.
8.2 Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

Reflection period and return of physical products

You have the right to cancel your order within 90 days of receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you still have 30 days to return the product. The full purchase price, excluding any shipping costs, will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the returned product. Return shipping costs are at your own expense. Check your carrier's website for exact rates.

Be sure to return the product, including all accessories and if possible in its original packaging. Handle the product with care. If the product is damaged or the packaging is unnecessarily damaged, a depreciation may be charged.

Product exchange
Want to exchange a product? You can! Please contact us at info@sensualyoga.com. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Our Error
Did something go wrong because of our error? Send an e-mail to info@sensualyoga.com. Together we will look for a solution, such as a refund or replacement. In this case the return costs are of course at our expense.
